1. If your business uses AlbTech Agents
Choose any of these. Each one starts the full deletion described in section 4.
- In the studio: Settings, then Workspace, then Delete workspace. Only the workspace owner can do this.
- In Meta Business Suite: Settings, then Integrations (Connected apps), select AlbTech Agents and remove it. This revokes our access to your WhatsApp Business Account immediately.
- By email: write to info@albtechsolutions.com from the account owner's address with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. Through your Facebook settings
Open Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites). Find AlbTech Agents, choose Remove, and ask for your data to be deleted. Meta notifies us automatically and shows you a confirmation code and a link back to this page, where you can check that we received the request.
3. If you messaged a business that uses AlbTech Agents
The business you messaged controls your conversation data. Ask that business to delete it, and it can do so from the studio. You can also write to info@albtechsolutions.com with the business name and your WhatsApp number or username, and we will pass the request to the business and help it complete the deletion.
4. What we delete, and when
- Meta access tokens are revoked and deleted immediately.
- Conversations, End Customer details, agent configuration, knowledge files and account data are deleted within 30 days.
- Backups containing the data are overwritten within a further 30 days.
- Invoices and accounting records are kept only as long as tax law requires, and are never used to contact or profile you.
We confirm by email when the deletion is complete. Meta also keeps WhatsApp Cloud API messages for up to 30 days under its own terms.
